Built on biblical principles.

Our belief in God shapes how we work: creating with purpose, bringing order, and caring well for what has been entrusted to us. Here is where that comes from, and what it changes in practice.

We serve business owners whatever they believe, and nothing here promises that faith makes a business profitable. These are the convictions behind how we work, set out plainly so you know what you are hiring.

  1. Creator

God creates, and people are made in His image.

Scripture opens with God making something. The first thing we are told about Him is that He creates, and the first thing we are told about people is that we are made in His likeness.

We take that to mean the instinct to build is not incidental to being human. A business is one of the ordinary places it shows up—someone sees a need, and makes something that meets it. That is worth doing carefully rather than carelessly, because of whose image the maker bears.

It is why we would rather build one thing properly than ship four things that merely look finished.

    Scripture

    • In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.
      Genesis 1:1
    • God created man in his own image. In God’s image he created him; male and female he created them.
      Genesis 1:27
  2. Order

Creation is ordered, and order serves the people inside it.

The creation account is not a burst of activity. It is separation, naming and sequence—light from dark, water from land, each thing given its place. Paul applies the same character to how a gathering should run.

Order in a business is the same idea at a smaller scale, and it is not bureaucracy. It is what lets work happen without the owner holding every piece of it in their head. The point of a system is not tidiness; it is that people can rest.

It is why our first move is usually to find the bottleneck rather than to add something new on top of it.

    Scripture

    • for God is not a God of confusion, but of peace, as in all the assemblies of the saints.
      1 Corinthians 14:33
    • Let all things be done decently and in order.
      1 Corinthians 14:40
    • Yahweh God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to cultivate and keep it.
      Genesis 2:15
  3. Dominion

You were given charge of it. It was not given charge of you.

People were told to tend and govern what they were given. That is a responsibility, and it runs one way: the owner stewards the business. When it reverses—when the business, the customers or the money set the terms of someone’s life—something has been inverted.

Jesus is blunt that money is a candidate master, and that nobody manages two. So the aim of the work is not simply a bigger business. It is a business you govern, run by someone whose life is directed by God rather than by the next job.

It is why “the owner can step away” counts as a result here, and not a soft one.

    Scripture

    • God blessed them. God said to them, “Be fruitful, multiply, fill the earth, and subdue it. Have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the sky, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”
      Genesis 1:28
    • “No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other; or else he will be devoted to one and despise the other. You can’t serve both God and Mammon.
      Matthew 6:24
    • He who is faithful in a very little is faithful also in much. He who is dishonest in a very little is also dishonest in much.
      Luke 16:10
